Yards or meters? Short course or long course?
The choice is yours. Until that function runs automatically, you can make course adjustments to workouts through tour profile page. All you need to do is modify your baseline to one appropriate to the distance pool you are going to be in compared to what the workout was written for. (that matters because a practice written for 50 meter pool is different than a 25 yard pool)
Currently, you can use this conversion calculator to determine your adjusted baseline speed. There are always differences to consider, such as fitness level and ability off of the walls, but I would rather be really darn close, than just winging it.
