Let me know what works, what doesn't, what you want this to do for you, your team, your athletes… I need to prioritize the direction of my resources but don't want to waste them on little features that users don't want. If you want something, let me know so I can make it happen for you (or at least try)   If you need help getting used to the setup, let me know, I will walk you through and update information online. Once somebody gets used to the interface, it is a VERY easy program to use quickly.   If buttons don't make sense, tell me, I want to make it the easiest user interface out there and all you need to do is tell me…use the sandwich method though. You know, something good that you like first, problems in the middle, and then a positive little nugget at the end with possibly how you would correct the problems.  It at least gives me multiple areas of feedback, what you like and what you want.
